Script to Secure Appointments

A= Agent
C= Caller

A: Hello, this is "Your Name" from KCBS radio. You just called in to our show.  How can I help you?

C: Yes, my name is Mary.  I was looking for some free informaiton.

A: Mary, could you please tell me what interested you in the show?

C: Topic of interest.

A: Very good.  So we can send you something or we can meet.  We have two open appointments, Friday at 1:00 pm this week or Tuesday two weeks from today at 10:00 AM.

C: Can you send me something first or the Free Report (see reports on your yields4u.com website)?

A: Of course we can.  Let me verify your contact info. 

A:  So Mary, the material we send you is general in nature.  It does not have the speciic info we mentioned on the show.  If we were to send you specific info and you were not suitable, we could lose our license. So if you want specific recommendations on how to double or triple ordinary returns, you'll have to set an appointment.

We have two appointments left this month, will Friday or Tuesday two weeks from today work for you?

C: No, I'd rather get something in the mail first.
